Learn how to take great pictures of the "Monuments and Memorials of Ottawa", as you join professional photographer Ray Pilon for an exciting photographic tour of downtown Ottawa: the Parliament Buildings, the Confederation Building, the Langevin Block, the Chateau Laurier, the Supreme Court of Canada, the National War Memorial, the Peace Monument, the Parliamentary Library, The Museum of Civilization. While you are taking the pictures, Ray will give you hands-on tips in basic architectural photography and outdoor portraiture.
Instructor Ray Pilon, an Ottawa resident, is a professional photographer with 32 years of experience in commercial photography including magazine and catalog imaging, events, and prominent activities in the Ottawa area. Meet at World Exchange Plaza at Metcalfe Street entrance. Advance reservations required. Safari groups are generally 3-6 people only. Open to any photographer at any skill level with any camera, film or digital. No tripod needed.
